By accessing, purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any part of the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, Null Cheats grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services strictly for personal, lawful use.

This license does not constitute a sale. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Null Cheats.

3. License Keys & Accounts

3.1 License Key Restrictions

License keys issued by Null Cheats:

• Are single-user only
• May not be shared, resold, leased, gifted, or transferred
• May not be exposed publicly or privately
• May not be used by multiple individuals or systems unless explicitly authorized

Any attempt to share, sell, or redistribute a license key will result in immediate termination without refund.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license key. Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.

4. Nature of the Services (Cheat / Modification Software)

You acknowledge and agree that Null Cheats provides game modification software, exploits, and related tools ("Software"). These Services are provided strictly for educational, research, and entertainment purposes.

You understand that the use of Cheat Software may violate the terms of service, end-user license agreements (EULAs), or rules of third-party games or platforms. Kernelware is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any game developer, publisher, or platform.

You assume all risk and responsibility for using the Services, including but not limited to bans, suspensions, wipes, resets, penalties, or account termination imposed by third parties.

Null Cheats is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the Services.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Share, sell, trade, or distribute license keys
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the loader, authentication system, or security mechanisms
• Crack, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, debug, tamper with, or analyze the software or loader
• Attempt to create or distribute unauthorized copies or derivatives
• Use packet sniffing, memory dumping, virtualization, emulation, or debugging tools to analyze the Services
• Attempt to evade bans, restrictions, or hardware / IP limitations
• Redistribute, leak, showcase, or resell the Cheat Software
• Use the Services in a manner that causes harm to Null Cheats its infrastructure
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose under applicable law

Any of the above actions will result in permanent revocation of access and may lead to legal action.

6. Anti-Tampering & Security

Null Cheats employs advanced security, anti-tamper, and anti-reverse engineering measures. Any attempt to probe, test, or bypass these protections is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns, system integrity, and software behavior to enforce compliance.

7. Payments & Billing

6.1 All Sales Final

All purchases are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving digital goods and services that are delivered immediately.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances unless required by applicable law.

6.2 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal.

If a chargeback is filed:

• Your account and all associated licenses will be permanently terminated
• You may be blacklisted from future purchases
• We reserve the right to pursue recovery of losses, fees, and damages

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.

8. Termination

Null Cheats reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious, abusive, or prohibited behavior.

Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, designs, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Kernelware are owned exclusively by Kernelware.

You acquire no ownership rights through use of the Services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability or uptime

Null Cheatsdoes not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Null Solutions shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, accounts, or access
• Damages arising from misuse or inability to use the Services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Null Solutions in the last 30 days.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Null Solutions , its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction determined by Null Solutions , without regard to conflict of law principles.

Null Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Null Solutions regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
